Law graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid (San Pablo CEU) in 1990, with a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Land Management (specializing in Building Law and Urban Development) from the same institution in 1991.
She completed internships at several key institutions in the legal and construction sectors, including the construction company Huarte, the City Council of Arévalo (Ávila), and the law firm J. Molíns.
She has practiced law before the courts since 1992, initially as a member of the Madrid Bar Association. In 2000, she founded the firm Meuser, Benito & Asociados, S.L., of which she was a founding partner and practicing attorney, and was admitted to the Mallorca Bar Association.
BELÉN BENITO ABOGADOS, INVESTMENTS CONSULTING, was born in 2024 from the need to grow towards the real estate investment sector, taking advantage of the real estate boom in Spain, growing with high revaluations of real estate in the short term, consolidating the experience acquired during more than 30 years in judicial processes: family law, civil law, economic criminal law, as well as the Recognition of European Titles for the practice of university professions in Spain.
In addition to her legal career, she has been involved in strategic investments for a Spanish business group, focusing on the acquisition of hotels and companies.
